1. WAREHOUSES
This report provides an overview of stock levels in different warehouses. If we enter the warehouse, it allows us to track the total we have in each category. This total is always accounted for at a monetary level.
2. INVENTORY
In this report, you will find the status of inventories conducted from Revo STOCK.
If the auto-approve inventory option is not activated in the warehouses, when inventory is done from Revo STOCK, an entry will be created and will need to be approved.
To do this, click on the eye icon to access the product details.
If it's correct, click on Approve, while if it's incorrect, click on Reject.
If there is any quantity entered incorrectly, you can edit it beforehand, click on Save and finally approve the inventory.
3. STOCKS
Here, the quantity of available products is presented by categories. From here, we can access the inventory of each product, from the quantity link of each item.
4. STOCK MOVEMENTS
Records the movements that have been made for each item, essential for tracking stock management and preventing shortages or surpluses.
5. PURCHASED PRODUCTS
Displays the products that have been purchased, including the quantity and associated cost, which is important for accounting and cost analysis.
