7. CONSIDERATIONS

COMING SOON

  • Now, when you receive an order from Deliverect, external fees from Deliverect (Service Fee, Bag Fee, and Delivery Fee) will be taken into account. These will be created, if they don’t exist, as products in the Fees group with a price of 0. The price will automatically update based on the order details.
If it belongs to a master, these products will be created in the master first and then synchronised.

  • External fees consider the general group that Deliverect provides to REVO ("tags"). They must be configured in the catalogue beforehand.

  • Customers will be managed to avoid duplication. If the customer provides a VAT number, phone number, or email, it will be checked against the Revo XEF back-office before creating the record.
