In Revo XEF, you can reopen an order if you’ve closed it by mistake.

To reopen an order, it is essential to have the privilege.

1. Access the REVO menu r.

2. Go to Historic data.



3. Find the order you want to reopen.

4. Select the order, click on , and choose I closed the order by mistake and want to reopen it.



5. Confirm by clicking OK.



6. You’ll automatically be returned to the table layout. If the original table is available, the order will reopen there; otherwise, it will appear in the Virtual / POS room.



7. In Historic data, you’ll see that a refund has been automatically generated to prevent any cash discrepancies.
