DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED TO SEND REVO'S INVOICING TO AN ACCOUNTANCY FIRM

In order to make reviews to the totals obtained from the Back-office, we will use two of the Administration reports, the invoicing report and the payment report. To access them, go to the back-office of the customer who has reported the discrepancies and go to the reports section.

Here is an example of a Payment report.

Here is an example of an Invoice report.

In both reports at the top, we find the option to apply filters to be able to perform more detailed searches. In addition to the date filter, other options have been added to make it easier to work with the reports.

We have eight filters available in the Payment report apart from the date filter, we have the possibility to filter by customer, cashier, payment method, shift, employee, status, tips or amount.

We also have different grouping options, such as by cashiers, payment methods, shifts, employees or different options with dates.

These options allow the result to be totalled and displayed graphically:

We have six filters available in the <bInvoices report, apart from the date filter, we have the possibility to filter by the number of the order that generated the invoice, invoice number, counter, customer, customer group or total.

We also have grouping options, such as by clients or different options with dates.

These options allow us to totalise the result and show it graphically:

We can see at the top that there is the option Invoice detail.

This will generate a C SV file with all the information needed to check the invoices in the REVO account.
