The Takeaway/POS work method is used for a very specific type of business that combines the REVO Takeaway options shown here after with direct sales not assigned to a table.


Specific Takeaway options

These options only work if the work method in the App is set up as Takeaway / POS or Takeaway.

To do so, we must access the back-office's Orders configuration:


  • Print to kitchen when printing: Check this option to print the products in the kitchen or the bar at once when closing (collecting) an order.

  • Print waiting ticket: When this option is enabled, the waiting ticket for the customer will be printed with a correlative numbering. This way you can notify customers through the waiting number.

    IMPORTANT: If you want to use this option, it is essential that the printer multisession is enabled, to print the invoice and the waiting ticket together. If the printer does not have this option, it cannot be used, since the printer cannot print two consecutive tickets.

  • Check stock: Enable this option in order to reject online orders that contain products without stock.


How to set up the working method: Takeaway / POS?

1. Click on the REVO menu r.

2. Enter Settings.



3. Once in Working method, select Takeaway / POS.



4. Click on the Save button to confirm the change.
