The rates are used to sell your products at different prices, in order to avoid having to duplicate products.

With Revo you can create two types of rates: Percentage/Price

  • Percentage: This option has the fastest setup. It serves to increase or decrease the price of a product by a percentage.

    1. Enter Rates
    2. Go to the New button and create a new rate.
    3. Add a name, select Percentage and enter the percentage you want to apply.

Note: The basic amount for the percentage is 100. If you want to apply a 10% increase to the products, enter 110%. If, on the other hand, you want a 20% deduction rate, for example, enter 80%.

    1. Let's see an example to make it clearer. You want to create a percentage rate with a 20% increase on the basic price of each product. It would be like this:

  • Price: This option is used to add different prices to the same product.

    1. Enter Rates
    2. Go to the New button and create a new rate.
    3. Add a name and select price.
    4. Then, enter each of the products and, in the price tab, find the Rates option.

    1. Select Rate, enter amount and save.

Note: If no special rate is assigned to the product, the basic rate will be charged.

There is a very simple way to check all the products that have a specific rate. For that, go to rates and click on the Edit button ( ). Then the system will show all the products with this rate assigned.

The rates can be assigned on a table or in the app, by selecting the rate and products.

  • Tables Enter Rooms in the Back Office. Select the rate for each of the tables where you intend to apply a specific rate. By default, it is always the standard, which is the basic rate for each product.

  • Products: Once in the app, when you enter a table, you can select the rate and then enter the products.

Remember: If no special rate is assigned to a product, the basic rate will be charged.

  • Events: From version 2.0 onwards, there is a new way of working with rates. These will be applied automatically according to the selected setup. Learn more about Events
