Configuring Intouch Credits as a Payment Method or Discount
In the Intouch back office, we can configure whether we want credits/points to be registered as a Discount instead of a Payment Method.
STEPS:

Access the Intouch back office and select General Settings.

Go to the Payment Configuration section.

Select the Credits/Points option.

We choose the payment method we want: Discount or Payment Method. (Do not select the third option)

The system will automatically register the selection in both Intouch and XEF.
