In this video you can see how to redeem credits through Cegid Revo Xef.

Below, we will explain how we can pay with credits from Revo XEF.

1. Once the order is completed and the customer is registered, we can indicate the value of the credits to spend from the payment screen. Then, we will click on Other payment methods and select Revo InTOUCH.

Example: In the image, the customer needs to pay €22.50, but will only use €12 in credits to pay. We enter the €12 on the numeric keyboard and select Revo InTOUCH.

The credits to be used can be of the same value as the order or less, never of a higher value.

2. A window will appear indicating that the payment has been completed.

3. If there is an amount remaining to be paid, we will finalize the order with the appropriate payment method.

IMPORTANT: If a return is made, the credits are recalculated: if it was paid with credits they are returned and if they were added for the purchase, they are removed.
