In the X/Z Report Editor, you can select which fields you want to be displayed when printing the report at the end of the day. There may be information that you don't need or prefer not to include in the Z report.

• Total: Displays the total sales for the day.

• Open Orders: Shows the total of orders that were left open at the end of the day.

• Guests: Displays the total number of guests you had throughout the day.

• Average Value: Shows the average amount per guest during the day.

• Payment Method: Displays the total sales amount for each payment method used (cash, card, etc.).

• Tip: Shows the total amount of tips for each payment method.

• Cash In/Out: Displays the total amount of cash entries and exits throughout the day.

• Cash Float: Shows the initial and final cash float recorded during the day.

  This option is only visible if you have selected simple or full cash control.

• Cash Difference: Indicates if there are any cash discrepancies compared to what was recorded during the day.
  The calculation is: initial cash float + cash entries + cash sales - cash exits - final cash float.
  At the end of the day, if everything has gone well, there should be no difference in the Z report.

Cash Machines

• Total Recycler Drawer: Shows the total for the recycler drawer of the cash machine.

• Total Collection Drawer: Shows the total for the collection drawer of the cash machine.
