1. WHAT IS PLANDAY?
PLANDAY is an integrated platform that allows you to have everything in one place, so you can carry out all your administrative tasks, including staff management taking into account holiday requests, absenteeism, timekeeping, scheduling and shift planning, internal communication and time tracking and reporting with statistics on business performance, payroll costs and much more.

2. HOW DOES THE INTEGRATION BETWEEN PLANDAY <-> REVO WORKS?
The integration PLANDAY <-> REVO enables the following action:
- Consultation of the REVO revenue register.
3. REVO CONFIGURATION
1. Access Revo XEF back-office.
2. Click on Integrations.
3. From the Add button, search for Planday. Click on Add.
4. Fill in the following information:

Active:
-
Name: Identifying name of the integration.

Test: Disabled.

App ID: Enter the App ID.

Token: Enter the Token.
IMPORTANT: App ID and Token are provided by PLANDAY. To do so, we have to go to Configuration > API Access in Planday.
5. Click on Save to confirm changes.
6. Edit the integration via the button .
7. Within the drop-down menu, select the Revenue unit ID to which the sales will be associated.
8. Click on Save to confirm changes.
4. FUNCTIONING
Once the integration is set up, the information will be sent automatically on a daily, nightly basis.
We have the possibility to send this information manually by clicking on the and clicking on "Uploads menu" to upload the REVO revenue figures to PLANDAY.
From this form, you can execute the integration in a date range. As soon as the process is finished, you will receive an email.
The dates you specify refer to the days you want the data transfer to your PLANDAY account to be executed again.
