NEW FEATURES:


The following have been added:

  • Notification Visibility: A new "Notification Visibility" setting has been added to the Order Journey configuration. It is now possible to choose whether a device shows "All orders" notifications or only those "Orders assigned to the waiter".
  • KDS Coordination: The new "KDS Coordination" option has been added within the KDS 2 profile configuration. This new setting allows you to enable and manage the synchronization and coordination of orders between different kitchen monitors.

IMPROVEMENTS:


Optimization of the following functions:

  • "Spain (Basque Country)" Fiscal Policy: Now, when selecting test mode, the system allows you to manually choose the corresponding administration (Guipúzcoa or Vizcaya) without automatically applying "Álava" or requiring a prior counters' closure.
  • Online Order Visualization (Menus): Repeated items within a menu are now correctly grouped into a single line, summing their quantities on the back-office invoice instead of being displayed unit by unit.
  • Counter Validation (VeriFactu): The system now prevents creating or assigning counters with the same prefix and year across different accounts sharing the same Tax ID (NIF), ensuring correct fiscal correlation.

FIXED:


Resolution of the following incidents:

  • KDS 2 Notifications: Fixed an issue where default notifications were not generated when activating the module. They are now automatically created with sound enabled.
  • Pickup/Delivery Synchronization: Fixed an error where pickup orders were erroneously converted into delivery orders when synchronizing or restarting the KDS 2 app.
  • Account Cloning: KDS 2 devices from the source account are no longer transferred to the destination account if the latter does not have an active license, preventing error messages.
  • Revo SOLO Rates: Fixed an error where products with "sales formats" did not apply secondary rate prices and showed the base price instead.
  • Time Interval Filters: Fixed the day-change calculation in filters when the time slot crossed midnight on accounts with different time zones.
  • Google Image Search: Fixed a bug that caused the screen to freeze when the search did not return valid results.
  • Unlink InTouch Customers: The "Unlink InTouch customer" button now works correctly and removes the link instantly.
  • External Order Cancellations: Cancellations (Deliverect, Glovo, etc.) no longer modify the original order's closing date if it had already been closed in the App.
  • List and Report Stability: Fixed access errors in certain reports and resolved the issue where custom lists were shown to users who did not have the appropriate permissions or assignment.
