REVO is a Cloud solution that features a back-office for management tasks and an app for point of sale.

When you make changes in the back-office, such as creating a new product or modifying prices, you need to synchronize from the app to update these changes.

Approximately every minute, REVO checks for changes in the back-office. If there are any, you'll see a symbol in the app, indicating that you need to synchronize on your devices.

To synchronize:

1. Open the menu r in the app.

2. Select Sync.



If you don't see the synchronization symbol but you know there have been changes in the back-office, you can still press to download the changes.
