In Revo XEF we can reopen an order if we have closed it by mistake.

Note: To be able to reopen an order, you must have the permission.

1. Access the REVO menu r.

2. Select the option Historic data.



3. Locate the order to be reopened.

4. Once selected, click on and select I have closed the order by mistake and need to reopen it.



5. We will be asked to confirm that we want to reopen the order, click on OK.



6. It will automatically bring us back to the table plan. If the original table of the order is available, it will open there, otherwise it can be found in the Virtual / POS room.



7. If we access the Historic data, we will be able to see that a refund has been generated automatically so that there is no mismatch at the till.
