  • Blind inventory: With this option enabled, when carrying out the inventory, the existing units are not shown at any time. The idea is for the employee to do the inventory without that information.

  • Approve inventory automatically: If this option is enabled, the units entered will be updated instantly on one or more products once you click on to confirm the changes. If this option is disabled, the inventories will remain as pending in the Back Office and may be approved or rejected manually depending on your needs. It shows information such as the state of the inventory (approved or rejected), the employee who did it and the date.

MULTIPLE INVENTORY:

The concept of multiple inventory arises from the client's need to make an inventory of his entire premises by "zones". There are situations when a customer wants to carry out an inventory but their premises are very large, so it is useful to divide the staff (each one with his device) into zones of the premises, so that each group can make an inventory and thus speed up the process.

If you add the same product in different inventories (zones), Revo will understand that you are dividing the premises into several "parts", if the different inventories are in the same TIME RANGE, the sum of the products that are identical will be carried out. The time range goes from inventory opening (IO) until its approval (IA). either through the Back Office or with the option of "Automatically approve inventories"
For example:
1. INVENTORY 1 (ZONE 1): 1x Coca-cola, 2x Water 1L. (IO = 9: 00h) - (IA = 12: 00h).
2. INVENTORY 2 (ZONE 2): 2x Coca-cola, 1x Beer. (IO = 10: 00h) - (IA = 11: 00h).
Result of the stocks of the products: 3x Coca-cola, 2x Water 1L, 1x Beer.

If both conditions are not fulfilled (product repetition + same time range), that will simply act as a current inventory as shown in "point 3."
