Some integrations require the creation of a Webhook in order to work properly.

It can be created from the Webhooks section of the XEF back-office.

In this section, you will not only find the Webhook secret code in the top right corner, but you can also create a new Webhook by clicking on the +New button, which will open a new window:

• Active:
• URL: Add the URL we want to link to.
• Event: Choose the type of event from the drop-down list.
• admin.retried_count: Leave it to 0.

Once you have filled in all the necessary information, click on Save and it will appear in the list.

A test can be performed by clicking on Send test webhook.
