In the Devices section of the back-office we can find all the information related to the devices we currently have:



At glance, we can see how many devices we have active within the number we have contracted. In the example image, you can see how we have 2 active devices out of a maximum of 20.

  • Description: The name of the device is displayed.
  • Revo: Indicates the version of the application.
  • iOS-iPadOS: Indicates the version of the device.
  • IP: Indicates the IP of the device.
  • Model: Indicates the model.
  • Created: Indicates when the device was created.
  • Updated: Indicates the date when the device has been updated.
  • Active: Shows whether the device is active.

We can delete the device by clicking on the .

Although the button appears to edit the information, it doesn't make any real changes; the only way to change the name or information is through the app.

To modify the name, you need to go to the r, click on the animal's name, a window will open where you can enter the new name, then click OK. You will need to close the app, reopen it, and log in again for these changes to be sent to the back-office.



Beneath the version, the account name appears.
