In the Subscription section of the back-office, you will find all the information regarding the services currently contracted.

You can see the type of account you have, how many devices you have contracted, the monthly price broken down by service and the total.



If you would like to upgrade your account, you can click on the button Upgrade plan which will open the following window:



  • Title: The name you want to give to the support ticket.

  • Type: Upgrade plan.

  • Description: Description of what is needed.

Click on the Send button and the support ticket will be created, where you will be contacted.
