If you have used Revo XEF, you can see that the tables change color according to their state. Let's see what colors are shown and what each of them means:

Dark grey: These tables are free. A new order can be opened by clicking on them.

Light grey: These tables are occupied. Either they have been manually occupied from Revo XEF to indicate that the table is booked, or else Revo FLOW has changed the state of the table indicating that customers have arrived and are waiting to be served. If products are entered and saved or printed, the color will change to yellow.

Yellow: The tables are in use, with seated customers and an open order.

Orange: The status of an order changes to orange when the account or subtotal is printed. That helps to visually identify the orders that are pending collection (for closing).

In addition to the color of the tables, the system shows a circular icon with a number at the top right corner. That's the number of guests at the table.

Also, it may show sometimes another icon at the bottom right corner with an initial. This shows that a non-standard rate applies at that table.
